Refund policy
Confirmation
By approving these terms and conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Should we be unable to deliver your order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel it.
Age
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.
Prices
Prices do not include delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on the site are in Euros. All prices include applicable Swedish VAT for customers inside the European Union.
Shipping
Shipping is charged at checkout and it will vary depending on the location and weight of the parcel.
Orders within Sweden will be shipped with Postnord. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the Postnord tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked.
International orders will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point for collection. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked.
DHL will inform you by SMS or Email once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for collection.
The prices in our web shop constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that WOODI has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, WOODI cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Time And Costs
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays with DHL.
Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.
How To Enter A Claim
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
Please contact info@hellowoodi.com as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along , or we will refund you for the product. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item / items or
If you need to change size or product we will not stand for the return shipping costs.
You may return your purchase within 14 days from delivery.
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
