All our shipments are traceable. You will receive an email with a link to the track & trace information when the order has been shipped.
Transit time depends on your location. Orders placed before 18:00h CET will be shipped the same business day. Delivery time within Sweden, is 1-2 business days. International orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days. ( Sometimes delays occurs but we will do our best to ship the orders within the timeframe. )

RETURNS
- All returns have to be shipped back to us, within 14 days of delivery: Please contact us at info@hellowoodi.com and let us know regarding the return and please also send us a tracking number of the parcel.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with labels attached.
- You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused.
- When shipping, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of WOODI items bought from second hand sites.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color or product, please return it and place a new order. Please contact us before returning / sending it to us at info@hellowoodi.com and let us know regarding the exchange and please also send us a tracking number of the parcel.
